February 03: Jibe's Beach Cup
When: all day
Where: 90 Nguyen Dinh Chieu, Ham Tien Ward, Mui Ne
Vietnam Fun Cup is a windsurf race in Mui Ne and organized by Jibe's for amateurs. Anyone can take part but the best bit is the party in the evening starting with a big barbecue and ending with people dancing. Some professional windsurfers are sometimes around getting ready for the PWA Grand Slam happening just a few weeks later. The event is held to raid money for charity.

February 04-06: Ba Thien Hau Pagoda Festival
When: all day
Where: Lai Thieu, by Saigon
The population of Thu Dau Mot prepares tables placed in front of each house to worship and welcome Ba Thien Hau. A great number of people from neighbouring provinces also come to Thu Dau Mot for the occasion. The Ba welcoming ceremony observes traditional rituals with a Ba palanquin carried throughout the streets, with unicorn dances, lion dances, and many flags. People come to the Ba Pagoda to burn incense, pray, and ask for the protection of the Mandarin to be safe and happy in the next year .

February 07: Hanoi Trivia pub quiz
Where: R&R Tavern
When: 21:30 - 23:30
Hanoi's weekly pub quiz is still going strong after three years of fun and games and the rules are still the same. It's 20,000 VND to enter and the winning team takes the pot. You can also win free beer and enjoy R&R's excellent food.

February 07: Social Salsa at Fusion Bar
Where: Fusion Bar, 25 Truc Bach.
When: 20:30 - 23:30
Social Salsa evening in a cosy atmosphere with Salsa, Bachata and Merengue music courtesy of DJ Rolando and others. This pleasant bar boasts a full drink menu and all levels are welcome from complete novices.

February 09: Hanoi night cycle tour
Where: Hanoi Opera House
When: 20:00 - 22:00
Experience Hanoi nightlife by bike every Thursday evening. Starting at Hanoi Opera House and ending with lemon-tea on streets, chatting about day-to-day stories, about bikes, about new routes and many more. Bring a bike and some pocket money and always where a helmet and have light on the bike.

February 16: London Nights

February 20: Live Jazz Night

February 24: Gaelic Football Training Session

Get fit and meet new people by joining in with this ruff-and-tumble sport popular in Ireland and parts of Scotland. Using both feet and hands, join in this fantastic sport and have a laugh down the pub afterwards.

February 29: Spam Cham
Where: Jaspa's Restaurant, 33 Dong Khoi St, District 1

Charity night for meat lovers win aid of the Loreto Foundation with Monster Meat Tray Raffle, plenty of great prizes and free flowing open bar and snacks all for only 200,000vnd per person.
